We ship in India,USA and other International destination as well. Whether you are looking to shop for an occasion in your life, attending a wedding, or adding festive colors to your wardrobe – Indifashion.org has the collections at affordable prices, which you need.

I can see Custom Size on Product Display page, What does this mean?

We offer size customization on select apparels. You can provide your sizing details while ordering in 'Add a note' section and Indifashion would accordingly customize the product size.

I have already placed order but forgot to write note for customization,What do I do now?

You can send us details within 24 hours of placing the original order. You may Contact Us via chat, email (support@indifashion.org) if you need any assistance.Mention Order number while contacting us.

What are customization charges?

Based on your request Indifashion will contact you with appropriate charges and payment link.Upon payment Indifashion will work on customization request.

How will I know my Order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via E-mail. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into My Account on Indifashion.org

If you you have not received the Order Confirmation email but payment is processed, please Contact Us by writing an email to support@indifashion.org .Please attach Payment processed screenshot or Transaction id for faster support.

How do I check status of my Order?

Visit the My Account to get the most up-to-date status of your Order. For more information about your order please Contact Us by writing an email to  support@indifashion.org

Order Status: Unfulfilled  -Indifashion is processing the order

Order Status: Fulfilled  -Indifashion shipped the order & Shipment details is updated

What is your Order cancellation policy?

  • You may cancel any order only within 24 Hours from the placement of order.
  • Items in 'Sale' cannot be cancelled after placement of order
  •  You can raise your cancellation request by contacting our Customer Service via chat, or email (support@indifashion.org) subject to order cancellation policy
  • Indifashion have full rights to cancel the order if unable to fulfill the order due to any unavoidable circumstances
  • Once an order is canceled, you could opt to get full refund of the value of the transaction or opt to get a full redeemable gift voucher

What is your return policy?

No Returns are currently allowed for the products delivered

Which currency can I buy in?

We accept payments in USD only.International Customers can use Paypal for USD Payment processing.Indian customers can use CCAVENUE or Paypal for localized checkout experience.

Is it safe to use Credit Card online at Indifashion.org?

Indifashion.org accepts credit card payments through a secure online server using Stripe/CCAVENUE/PAYPAL payment gateway, as the security of your information is very important to us. We use some of the best physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to make sure your information stays secure.

Will there be any additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

Price that you see online at the time of checkout is the final price payable by you and includes shipping, handling and import duties & taxes. However, you may have to pay any other local taxes applicable.

Why do we have to pay custom duty charges?

Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country rules and regulations. Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our, or any seller's, control, but are determined by your local government.

Do you ship to my country?

Indifashion currently ships product to USA,India & selective International Locations only.We are in process of adding additional countries in your shipping list.

How much will I be charged for Shipping?

Different shipping charges may be applicable on each item based on Item weight. You are requested to check the final shipping charges at cart level.

From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates. For details on these rates, please refer to the promotional banners and newsletters.

When will I receive my Order?

 You can check the estimated delivery time on the specific product description page.

Ready to Ship Items will be delivered within 4-6 Days after placing the order

All other items will be delivered within 10-15 Days after placing the order based on Order fulfillment process

You can write to support@indifashion.org to check the status of your order.

What do I do in case of my order is delayed?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an email informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date.

Can I redirect an order after I have placed my order?

Shipping address can't be changed after you have placed your order. You can cancel your current order as per our Order Cancellation Policy and place another order if you wish to change your address.

 I was not home when the courier person tried to delivery the order ?How I can get the order now?

Our courier partner will make at least 2 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you.

P.S.- If our courier partner fails to deliver your order after 2 attempts; it will hold your shipment for 5 days. During this period you may contact the courier partner to schedule delivery or to pick up the product (s). Post that your order(s) may be abandoned. Please note that we will not be able initiate any refund for the same.
